As a production worker you are packing / sorting / picking different kinds of vegetables, fruits, fish or other items. You're mostly working in fabric halls.

As agriculture worker you are working in a greenhouse. Making sure that the vegetables are taken of or the plants grow how they are supposed to. In the garden are also flies and bugs for the biologic prevention. Working is always during daytime. There is a hygiene protocol so changing of clothes etc is required every day.
